Formation Pastor - Join the Southville Team

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Formation Pastor to join our team at Southville. This role is central to the life of our church, helping to build healthy systems, develop leaders, strengthen discipleship pathways, and support the pastoral care of our community. You will work closely with the Lead Pastor and Leadership Team to help shape and nurture a thriving church environment.

Depending on your gifting and skill set, the role may include involvement in:

Worship

Discipleship

Preaching and teaching

Pastoral ministry

Kids and Youth PASTOR - Join THE SOUTHVILLE Team
We are looking for a passionate and committed Kids & Youth Pastor to develop, strengthen, and oversee our Kids and Youth Ministry. This role is key in shaping a culture where children and young people can belong, grow, and live out their faith. We want to see young people encounter Jesus in authentic community, be rooted and grounded in His Word, and be empowered by His Spirit to live out their faith in everyday life.

Responsibilities include:

Developing, Strengthening, and overseeing our Kids and Youth Ministry

Engaging with the wider community and supporting outreach initiatives

Leading, recruiting, and developing teams and volunteers

Providing pastoral care for children, young people, families, and serving teams​
